My second day vegan was okay. I had a big veggie smoothie and then breakfast of rice and beans.
i also had rice with veggie stir fry for lunch and then i ate Chinchin for dinner. Now chinchin is no way part of my plan but i ate it because i was hungry. formerly I would have giving up at this point but now I say ok lets not have chin chin in the house again.
yesterday was say 3. late breakfast; yam and beans
snacks carrot and dinner veggie smoothie. i also had a little beans and garri. so far so good.
my bowel movement is regular. i am not missing anything.
