I did a 10k walk today, it took me 1 hour and 55 min, my body is totally sore.
food today. Breakfast: cucumber, kale, banana and pineapple smoothie with half cup oats.
lunch; I cooked jollof rice for the family and I tasted some. My meal was sweet potato and beans with green pepper and cabbage.
dinner; Came home to 2 loaves of shoprite bread. I ate some.
I acknowledge that this vegan kickstart is not going to be an easy ride. But I am confident that I will get it.
